This role is a premier broadening assignment to get direct experience with senior executives in US & UK and understand first-hand how the enterprise works.

The aim is for the role to be a steppingstone and career accelerator into greater levels of business and organizational leadership.

The 3 focus areas of this role are: (1) Performance and Plan Management, (2) Leadership Engagements, and (3) Operations.

The primary responsibilities of the US DBO are:

PERFORMANCE & PLAN MANAGEMENT- US MPR - Own and actively lead our monthly performance review process including topics, preparation, pre-read, meeting facilitation and ensuring follow-through actions.- NA MPR - Support the aggregation of MPRs from US, CA, PR, Supply into a single North America story to HET.

Ensure consistency with other HET communication and tell a visual and data-backed compelling story.- US LPR - Contribute to key elements in our US Long Range Plan, particularly pulling through key investment choices to our 2025 ABP submission.- US ABP - Lead preparation and delivery of the content and story-telling of our Annual Business Plan (previously 3-1 plan), prepared in Jul-Aug for reviews in Sep-Oct.- Scorecard & Growth Driver Performance Reviews - Engage with enterprise metric owners to ensure accuracy.

Partner with local scorecard owners to ensure building blocks to deliver annual goals.

Prepare for and lead USLT review sessions.- IR Narrative - Prepare and send to investor relations content and proof points of US progress to be highlighted in quarterly Sales/Earnings releases and other events.


LEADERSHIP ENGAGEMENTS- Region President Support - Ad Hoc support for US BU GM / Region President as special projects and HET hot topics emerge to address in an efficient and effective way.- Consult to XLT Leaders - Provide guidance to teams regarding quality and depth analysis in preparation for their USLT presentations.- US Commercial Committee and USLT - Prepare and lead select topics eg: Quarterly Scorecard, and Quarterly Growth Driver Performance Review.- HET/BOD US Visits - Co-own (with Corporate Affairs) agenda, preparation plan, preparation reviews and ultimate execution.- US Capabilities - Operationalize the reviews and track implementation of our declared 6 US Capabilities: (1) Brilliant Basics, (2) Innovation, (3) Forecasting, (4) Cost, (5) Tech Enablement, and (6) Winning Organization.


OPERATIONS- BCP - Own quality and preparation of our Business Continuity Plan, Crisis Continuity Plan and other required governance plans.- Culture - Co-own (with Corporate Affairs) Culture Champion network sponsorship and co-chair the Re-Imagine Warren team ensuring connectivity to colleagues and an impactful action plan.- Quality - Act as GM delegate in US Quality council ensuring proper review and signoff prior to the NA council review.- Risk - Act as primary contact for commercial audits and risk preparation / reviews.- EHS - Line manager for our EHS manager.

Provide coaching and guidance, support delivery of EHS objectives.
