Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fine jewelry pieces
• Assist customers with jewelry and/or watch repair pricing and intake
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients
• Communicate effectively to cater to a diverse customer base
• Utilize knowledge of different jewelry styles, materials, and gemstones to educate customers
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
• Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean and organized store and sales floor, ensuring that jewelry displays are visually appealing
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet store goals

Skills:

• Previous experience in jewelry and/or watch sales is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively communicate the features and benefits of different jewelry pieces
• Experience in retail sales, particularly in jewelry, watches, or luxury goods is a plus
• Proficiency in operating a POS system and handling cash transactions
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of retail math for calculating discounts, taxes, and pricing

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

- fine jewelry and/or watch: 2 years (required)

• Fine jewelry and/or watch sales: 2 years (required)
