Sales Support Employee (m/f/d) for Private Customers in Whitehouse, TX

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You support private customer advisors in both the Straubing and Bogen financial centers
  • You handle customer inquiries and provide technical support for our digital products such as online banking or the VR-BankingApp
  • You coordinate and prepare customer appointments
  • You identify sales opportunities and actively pass them on to customer advisors

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a banking education or a comparable commercial training
  • You ideally have extensive knowledge of standard processes in the banking program "AgreeBAP"
  • You have a strong customer and service orientation as well as excellent manners
  • You are solutionoriented in your work
  • You see yourself as a service provider for employees and customers
