In Business for over a decade, Pure is growing with multiple locations on the east coast. Our corporate culture is based on luxury, fashion, and the personal styling experience. We are currently looking for a powerful Store Manager for our Houston location at Houston Galleria Mall.

Supervise, train and assist employees like Sales Representatives and Retail Store Clerks in customer service, store maintenance and product promotions

Develop and maintain a schedule for employees and promotions:

Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store

Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals

Implement cross-training of employees and Assistant Managers to maintain productivity at all times
:

Develop and manage strong client relationships
:

Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability
:

Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times

Hire and train as needed to ensure adequate personnel is on hand to provide outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.

Pay:
$42, $61,380.21 per year
