Open a registry sheet in the Gipuzkoa commercial registry and transfer the information from the Barcelona registry.
Register the capital increase deed and change of address.
Deposit with the regional government for 2020 and 2021, as well as legalize books for 2020, 2021, and 2022.

We are in need of an administrative management service for a one-time consultation.

Our client is a company (SL, SA, etc.) that has been in business for 2-5 years with less than 10 employees.
