Responsibilities:


  • Monitor the status of existing homeowner's insurance (HOI) policies on a daily basis via Allied Reports. Assists the PMI Specialist with overflow of private mortgage insurance (PMI) bills/cancellations, as well as the Insurance Loss Specialist with insurance loss claims. Provides support with tax bills during busy season.
  • Updates the appropriate servicing systems, when needed, with the most current policy information. Verifies the core range, deductible, and mortgage clauses are validated.

Experience:
One to three years of similar or related experience.


Education:
A high school education or GED


Other Skills:


  • Strong relationshipbuilding and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to listen and communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Solid time management skills with the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk. The employee must occasionally life and/or move up to 20 pounds.

The employee is frequently required to spend extended hours in front of a computer screen, to use hand to finger, to speak in and listen carefully on the telephone.


Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a remote and/or in office setting.
