Educational Requirements:

• Three to five years of experience working with Employee Benefits and Insurance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of insured and selfinsured plans, ancillary lines, and current legislation.
• Understanding employee benefits intricacies is highly beneficial for success in this role.

A valid Pennsylvania Life and Health license is crucial.

• Exceptional presentation and organizational skills
• Effective communication abilities, the capability to prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills able to interact effectively with individuals of varying levels of authority.
• Possess a natural inclination to build relationships and anticipate client needs before they reach out to RCM&D.

Pay:
$56, $65,225.00 per year
