- Greet customers and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including fabrics, designs, and collections, to effectively advise customers on their purchases.
- Stay updated with the latest fashion trends and industry news to provide insightful recommendations to clients.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store by organizing merchandise displays and ensuring cleanliness.
- Utilize social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to showcase new arrivals, and promotions, and engage with followers to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Prior experience in retail sales, particularly in high-end fashion or luxury goods, is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes (e.g., creating content, engaging with followers, analyzing metrics).
- Enthusiasm for learning about the fashion industry, including designers, trends, and customer preferences.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Competitive hourly wage, $20-$24 an hour, with commission opportunities based on sales performance.
- Monday- Thursday 9:30-5:30, Friday 9:30-4:00
