    Position Details:
    TheBranch Team Lead role helps lead the daily operations to ensure customerservice and operational excellence. Help improve company projects andresults with the branch teams. Create and promote an environment whereteam members are empowered and engaged to the success of the company.
    Work with members of branch leadership team. You will report to anOperations Manager or Branch Manager.


    You Will:

    Provide customer serviceand direction regarding the daily activities of a team at the branchlocation Clarify direction for team members by projects, priorities andcompany strategy and provide continued feedback Help improve theachievement of essential operational metrics in customer satisfaction,sales, safety, and operational improvements Provide a creative customerexperience and ensure customer retention and satisfaction Providefrequent, direct and candid feedback to strengthen or enhance skillsneeded to run branch operations Monitor counter transactions to provideappropriate guidance to team members Facilitate team member onboardingand ongoing training Build work schedules to ensure productivity andstaffing levels Assess processes for improvement opportunities usingContinuous Improvement methodology.

    Suggests and implements changes toenhance defined processes and improve sales and service Foster betweenall internal partners including Sales, Branch Network, Customer ServiceCenters, and Onsite Services teams May take and respond to emergencycustomer calls after hoursYou Have:

    High school diploma or Bachelor\'sdegree preferred Minimum 3 years customer service and sales experience2+ years of management experience in a customer service environmentVoice the vision of the branch to all employees Train people onprocesses, procedures, compliance and product knowledge Competence inthe use..
