    Job Summary

    Central State Door Service, now a Miner LTD Corporation is based in Middletown, PA. It is a nationwide resource for commercial and industrial sales, service & installation of dock doors, electric openers, high speed doors, dock levelers, and associated equipment. We are seeking to hire an Outside Sales Representative for Dauphin, Cumberland, Franklin, Lancaster & York Counties within Central Pennsylvania. We are in need of a high-energy, outgoing, relationship builder with effective communication skills. If you are driven to provide the customer with a level of service that is second to none, we would like to meet with you. This position will focus on new customer acquisition, national account opportunities and management of select existing accounts.

The Outside Sales position offers a base salary- plus commission, bonuses, exceptional benefits package, mileage reimbursement and local territory with no overnight travel.

    Your Role

    • The territory Includes Dauphin, Cumberland, Franklin, Lancaster, and York Counties of Central Pennsylvania.
    • Meet with facility managers, maintenance managers, plant managers, etc. to learn customer needs, identify opportunities and solutions, as well as introduce new services or products while enhancing the customer relationship.
    • Experience exceptional sales support, ongoing training and our culture of teamwork to ensure your success.
    • Drive & manage the new business efforts using referrals, direct prospecting and outbound marketing.
    • Identify client needs, develop thoughtful solutions, respond to their needs with urgency and follow up.
    • Effectively communicate the company mission to exceed expectations on every transaction.
    • Business development to acquire new customers is critical to success within this role.
    • Customer Types: Industrial, Commercial, i.e. Heavy manufacturing, Warehouse/Distribution/Logistics Facilities, Auto and Heavy Truck Dealerships, Pharmaceutical, Food Processors and Cold Storage, Freight Carriers/Terminals.

    Requirements:
    • Proven experience being successful with business development and account management. Minimum of 3 years is required.
    • Industrial B2B sales experience, highly preferred.
    • Previous experience selling service contracts, preferred.
    • Mechanical aptitude is a definite advantage.
    • High School Diploma or GED is required. Further education is highly preferred.
    • Excellent oral and written communication.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Must have valid drivers' license and clean driving record (Department of Motor Vehicles) and reliable transportation.
    • The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check.
