Your responsibilities include:
- Active customer acquisition in the B2B sector through cold calling to dealers, home building companies, and craftsmen
- Supporting the sales team in the office and at events and trade fairs
- Market and competition monitoring
Your qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, especially in cold calling
- Experience in the construction industry is advantageous, but not required
- Self-motivation and teamwork skills
- Service-oriented behavior, friendliness, assertiveness, and dedication
- Enjoyment of making phone calls and an open, communicative nature
- IT affinity, knowledge of Google Workspace, and good German language skills
- Interest in ecological and sustainable construction
