Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep Position:
PMC Wireless is a 30 year old, growing technology company that supports the mission-critical communications needs of public-sector clients such as Schools, Police Departments, Fire Departments, Hospitals and Transportation agencies.
We are looking for a skilled Inside Salesperson to perform a variety of tasks with a focus on providing the highest level of customer service.
This role involves managing a high volume of work, the ability to prioritize and to work efficiently, strong organization and communication skills, and the capacity to absorb and process large amounts of information with a sense of urgency.
- Answer large volume of calls and assist customers
- Receive orders and manage order process through delivery to customer
- Process product repair tickets and track them until returned to customer
- Prepare quotes/proposals
- Acquire and preserve knowledge through training and continuing education for various technology solutions
- Collaborate with multiple internal departments to bring orders and projects from start to finish
- Support several outside salespeople for the company in managing accounts and orders
- Work as a hybrid salesperson with tasks for both inside and outside sales teams
Required Skills:
- Belief and display of company core values (Public safety, Customer Success, Integrity, Employee Centricity, and Executional Excellence)
- Ability to handle high volume of inbound calls
- Strong communication skills
- Competency in MS Office Suite (Outlook and Excel), databases and accounting software
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems a plus
- Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Strong Organizational skills and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail
Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year
