- • Cultivate, establish, and foster long-term relationships with general contractors in Charlotte and surrounding areas.
- • Work with decision makers to create package solutions for customer projects.
- • Personally handle all details of each new client proposal from first contact to contract completion.
- • Assist management with the development of future sales plans and rollout.
- • Reach predetermined sales goals as established by management.
- • Provide prompt and accurate estimates and proposals.
- • Maintain, in detail, all sales leads and activities and update Customer Relationship Management System daily.
- • Provide a monthly updates report.
- • Other business-related tasks and responsibilities may be assigned
- • 3+ years of experience in outside sales within the building material supply industry.
- • Generally understand construction timelines for residential real estate development.
- • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required
- • Strong organizational and time management skills
- • Problem solver capable of independently finding solutions or working with team members when needed.
- • Must be a detail-oriented team player, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a heavy workload.
- • Possess a valid Driver's License with a good driving record
- • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel preferred
- • Basic familiarity with inventory management softwares preferred.
- • Ability to read and understand blue prints.
- • Prior estimating experience
- • Basic knowledge of construction project management software preferred
- • Excellent follow-up, communication (written and verbal), and time management skills
- • Prior field experience not required, but preferred
- • Able to professionally perform multiple detail-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines

Outside Sales Representative
Evergreen + Maker, is a rapidly growing provider of turnkey and wholesale solutions for cabinets, countertops, flooring, and specialty hardware components to residential and commercial construction companies. We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative in Charlotte, North Carolina who will be responsible for new construction and business-to-business sales in our residential sales department. Evergreen + Maker is quickly becoming an exclusive supplier for some of the largest builders in Charlotte & surrounding markets and we need motivated sales representatives to who are eager to develop new business and foster current accounts.

• Monday-Friday, standard daytime hours; 8 am - 5 pm. Occasional weekend work may
be required
Job Type: Full-time, averaging 40 hours per week
Salary Range:
• Commission based
