Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team.

As a Pharmacy Technician, you will work closely with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of medications to patients.

Your role will involve various duties related to medication administration, patient care, and pharmacy operations. We prefer BILINGUAL SPEAKER.


Duties:

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
• Perform medication inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications
• Prepare sterile IV solutions and assist with IV infusion procedures
• Maintain patient profiles and medication records accurately
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
• Adhere to all relevant legal requirements, regulations, and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices
• Proficiency in medication administration techniques
• Experience in acute care or hospital pharmacy settings is preferred
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals and patients
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Education and Certification Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Completion of a Pharmacy Technician training program is preferred
• Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) is an asset
