- Bachelor's Degree in Social Science or a related field
- Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency in typing, computer skills, and email communication
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong prioritization abilities for daily operational requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of Community Agencies and Resources
- Participating in Continuum of Care (CoC) meetings as the main point of contact
- Regularly engaging with supervisor and community stakeholders to support clients
- Conducting client visits to evaluate progress towards set goals
- Managing case responsibilities for multiple housing programs
- Completing apartment inspections in line with HUD standards
- Facilitating basic living skill training sessions
- Assuming the role of Representative Payee if necessary
- Maintaining accurate program documentation
- Providing support during client crises
- Assisting in securing safe housing options for homeless individuals
- Ensuring data entry into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS)
- Utilizing specialized applications for homeless clients
- Completing other tasks as delegated by superiors
