Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a House Manager. As a House Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the daily operations of a residential property. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.


Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the property to ensure it is in pristine condition
• Supervise and manage a team of caregivers
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests/family members
• Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
• Assist with residential cleaning tasks as needed
• Hire and perform training with care staff
• Assist employees with staffing issues
• Ensure House as supplies as needed
• Ability to give tours to potential clients
• Act as a personal assistant to the property owner, handling various administrative tasks
• Manage household budgets and expenses
• Coordinate events and special occasions hosted at the property
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle laundry and linen management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property management or hospitality is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
