    At Automaxx of the Carolinas in Summerville, SC we are seeking a full-time and experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join our team. As an Automotive Title Clerk, you will be responsible for processing in-state title work through DDI, preparing any necessary title work for walk-in processing at the SCDMV, maintaining a log of outstanding tag/title work, posting daily invoices for work processed through DDI, contacting auctions/banks for overdue titles, and performing other clerical duties as needed. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Process all in-state title work through DDI efficiently and accurately
    • Prepare any title work that requires walking into the SCDMV for processing
    • Maintain a log to track outstanding tag/title work and ensure timely completion
    • Post daily invoices for all work processed through DDI
    • Contact auctions/banks to follow up on any overdue titles
    • Assist with additional clerical duties as assigned

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    • Previous title experience is preferred
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    • Proficient computer skills, including experience with relevant software and databases
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    COMPENSATION

    The salary range for this position is $17 - $19 per hour, based on experience.
