Tasks and Challenges:

First and second-level support for solving hardware and software problems
On-site service: setting up workstations, commissioning, and maintenance
Collaboration with external partners and central IT departments
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, inventory lists, and instructions
Training and instruction of users in the deployed hardware and software technologies
Support for location-specific IT projects
