Your role in our team:
As an HR Coordinator (m/f/d), you will primarily be responsible for recruiting and onboarding new talents at Platzl. You will also work together with Nina, Sophia, and Laura to implement a modern and future-oriented HR strategy.

  • As a recruiting talent, you will create job advertisements and publish them on various platforms.
  • We use Softgarden (our applicant management software), and you will be the main point of contact for this tool.
  • You will preselect applicants, coordinate and conduct interviews.
  • Onboarding new talents and supporting them during their training period will also be part of your responsibilities.
