    Overview
    Join our client's team at St. Joseph's Health in Syracuse, NY as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). This full-time position offers competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and a supportive work environment.


    Compensation and Benefits:


    $260,000.00 annually for 0-2 years experience; $275,000.00 annually for 2+ years experience
    $100,000 sign-on bonus
    1.5x premium pay for excess hours and weekend hours
    Shift differential for evenings and nights
    Cardiac CRNA stipend available
    Retention stipend for the first 2 years
    Key Responsibilities
    Provide anesthesia services in hospital operating rooms, endoscopy unit, cardiac lab, and ambulatory surgery center
    Supervise and function independently in various surgical specialties
    Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for patient care
    Schedule and Shift Details
    Full-time position with possible schedules including 8s, 10s, and 12s. No call is required for CRNAs. Evening, night, and weekend coverage provided by in-house CRNA.
