    Job Description:

    We invite you to join a team of medical professionals in Syracuse, NY and fulfill the esteemed role of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). This opportunity promises a full-time position, a competitive compensation package, inclusive of benefits, and a collaborative work milieu.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent higher academic qualification.
    • Valid credentials as Board Certified and a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
    • Certification or license from American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS), American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) or American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA PALS)
    Essential Duties:
    • Providing anesthesia services across hospital operating rooms, endoscopy unit, cardiac lab, and ambulatory surgery center.
    • Supervise and function independently across various surgical specialties.
    • Engage in a fruitful partnership with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
    Schedule:

    This full-time position has potential schedules that span 8, 10, or 12 hours. No call requirements for CRNAs are in place. In-house CRNAs cater to coverage needs during evenings, nights, and weekends.

    Financial Remunerations and Perks:

    Enjoy the luxury of a rewarding pay structure with a minimum annual income starting from $260,000.00 for beginners to $275,000.00 for individuals carrying experience of 2+ years. Also avail of a sign-on bonus worth $100,000, along with premium pay (1.5x) for additional hours and weekends. Enjoy a shift differential for evenings and nights. CRNAs can also avail of cardiac stipends and retention stipends provided for the initial 2 years.
