The Dance Team can be featured in Marketing Videos, Grand Openings, For Profit Community Events, Non Profit Community Events, and so much more._

Our History:
XMotive Legends Dance Team has been around since 2014.

We were formerly known as XMotive Diamonds the team has participated in Hampton Roads Christmas Parade, Hampton Roads Lighting Boat Parade, and our very own showcase.

Job Description:
The Dance Team Assistant Choreographer will play an important role in the interactive side of our company.

XMotive Elites is a new team we are working to develop for teenagers this will be a program that will participate in Community Free Events, Parades, Showcases, Competitions, and so much more We are looking for the right Choreographer who will assist, and build the membership to this team, as well as lead the XMotive Legends Team.

Dance Team Duties:

• Participate in Practices either Saturday/Tuesday
• Be available for team events, and practices
• Work as a Team to learn, and Develop New Routines
• Participate in Scheduled Company Events
• Assist Team Leadership as needed
• Assist with Team Bookings Inquires
• Participate in Marketing Videos for bookings
• Assist with developing internal marketing strategies
• Assist Choreographers as needed
• Assist the team as needed or as assigned

We currently have two different practices the team can participate in. The first practice is on Saturdays Mornings starting at 10:00am, and the second practices are on Saturdays from 12:00 pm-2:00 pm._

• What type of Previous Dance Experience do you have ?
• We practice Saturdays 10:00am12:00pm & Second practices for our elite team are 12:00pm2:00pm. Both practices will not always be required to attend but you must attend 10:00am2:00pm will this work for you?
• We require dedication, and expect you to be at our practices on time to take lead. Please explain why you think you are a great fit for our team?
• Are you at least 21 years or older?
• We are not meant to be a replacement for a full time job. Choreographers are paid per booked event/Performance is this something you are okay with?
• Are you willing able to work with kids 512 years of age?
• What style of Dance have you done?
