The Gifting Company specializes in the creation of handcrafted gourmet gifts and chocolate confections. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Order Picker/Production Worker.

Our Order Pickers play a critical role in the selection of gift items for customer orders for production, while as a Production Worker, you will play a key role in fulfilling gift basket and chocolate covered strawberry orders.

In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including picking, producing, packaging, and labeling a range of gourmet food products into gift packs and baskets, along with other e-commerce shipping.

You will also be involved the packing of chocolate covered strawberries.

Attention to detail is key as you work in a fast-paced environment to ensure the highest quality products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete daily orders while adhering to company standards of quality, productivity, and appeal.
• Engage in the preparation and collection of inventory and materials to meet the standards of preparation for order picking.
• Comply and facilitate the lot tracking system for inventory
• Communicate with supervisors about and adhere to current picking substitution log requirements.
• Transport picked orders and materials to the Assembly Department for completion.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to ensure standards of efficiency and quality are being met.
• Uphold attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure with constant deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Follow designated area clean up procedures in preparation for the start of the next shift.
• Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work area.

Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Must be able to routinely lift up to 40lbs
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Attention to detail

Schedule:

Sunday to Thursday - 5am to completion of orders (8-12hr Shifts Approximately)

Increased hours and additional days required during peak seasons


Pay:
From $15.25 per hour
