Accounting & Human Resources (m/f/d)


Clavis International is an independent consulting company in the real estate industry and designs, markets, and sells high-quality holiday properties within holiday resorts to German-speaking customers.

In addition to projects abroad, Clavis International also designs and manages German resort real estate projects, such as those on the Baltic Sea coast or Lake Plön.

To further strengthen our team at our Hamburg office, we are looking for a qualified and personable employee for Accounting & Human Resources (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:


  • Direct support for the management & CFO
  • Independent processing of accounts payable and receivable, as well as general accounting including account maintenance and reconciliation
  • Preparation of accounting documents
  • Assistance in the external preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Handling of payments and debt collection
  • Reliable reporting
  • Support in personnel administration

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training with extensive professional experience in accounting and human resources
  • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of Datev
  • Reliable, conscientious, and independent work ethic
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Exemplary appearance cultivated, convincing, and always friendly
  • Handson mentality and team spirit
