Role Summary:


The role of the Accommodation Coordinator is to maximise the quality and enjoyment of the lives of clients with disability or psychosocial needs by ensuring that appropriate support services are delivered to meet the needs of individual clients who reside at our accommodations throughout the metropolitan area.

Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the houses in your area, including the rostering and supervision of Support Worker staff and participation in role-related project work.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Working from accommodations in order to best supervise and witness the delivery of our services to clients
  • Rostering and supervision of Support Worker staff working in the region
  • Completing client's assessment, care planning, individualised support plans, positive behaviour support plans and other relevant assessments and reviews
  • Ensuring that all services delivered are based on the funding and preferences of the client so that they remain costeffective and personcentered

Skills, Attributes and Experience:


As well as the above skills, the Key Requirements include:

  • Possess or willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Possess or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
  • A valid licence and a reliable vehicle
