This position serves as the Executive Director (Deputy Secretary/Commissioner III) of the North Carolina Environmental Management Commission (EMC) staff.The Executive Director serves as the principal executive management officer, reporting to EMC Chairperson,
ensuring the EMC's statutory responsibilities are carried out effectively and in compliance with federal and state environmental laws.
