- Develop, coordinate, and assess treatment programs for members with mental health issues. Conduct psychotherapy sessions and offer guidance to patients and families on treatment compliance and medication management. Provide therapeutic support and may organize psychoeducational sessions.
- Conduct psychological assessments and collaborate with physicians on medication evaluation. Use community resources to enhance treatment outcomes. Offer consultations to healthcare providers on mental health matters. Provide supervision to mental health trainees.
- Supervise clinical staff as required. Offer family support and educate on treatment strategies. Facilitate referrals to external resources. Contribute to program enhancement and safety reporting.
- PhD/PsyD/EdD in Clinical Counseling, Health, or School Psychology from an accredited institution. Must obtain Psychologist License (California) within 6 months of employment. Possess a National Provider Identifier.
- Familiarity with DSM-V for diagnosis. Proficiency in evidence-based practice, psychotherapy research, and mental health bio-psycho-social functions. Skilled in diagnosing, treatment planning, and psychotherapy. Strong ethics, teamwork, and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of social service agencies, state regulations, APA standards related to client treatment, and patient confidentiality. Experience in psychological testing, crisis intervention, and therapy. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must meet licensing requirements.
- Experience in crisis intervention and psychotherapy. Expertise in psychological evaluations for various age groups. Demonstrated commitment to quality service, teamwork, and professional ethics. Proficient in multitasking, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
