    Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to join their team and oversee the financial operations of multiple fast-paced manufacturing companies. If you have a strong background in accounting, manufacturing experience, and a passion for enhancing profitability, we want to hear from you

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, job costing, and cash receipts.
    • Prepare financial statements and perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
    • Analyze and report on financial and operational results.
    • Collaborate with management to identify areas for cost control and revenue generation.
    • Develop and communicate key business performance metrics.
    • Assist in tax documentation preparation.
    • Review and help mentor work of 5 direct reports.
    • Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
    • Participate in ongoing and special ad-hoc operational and finance projects.
    • Assist in planning and forecasting cash management functions.
    • Negotiate vendor contracts.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of professional controller experience.
    • Manufacturing experience is preferred.
    • Passion for business and enhancing profitability.
