Introduction:


To expand our project team for our client's property in the logistics sector, we are looking for you to join SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH immediately as a in Childersburg.


Responsibilities:

  • Conducting inspection, maintenance, and repair work on assigned electrical systems and independently resolving malfunctions
  • Acting as the main point of contact for the property's user
  • Maintaining continuous reporting (malfunction and maintenance logs)
  • Reviewing subcontractor services

Your Profile:

  • Education in the electrical field, such as electrician, electronics technician, energy systems electronics technician, electrical installer, maintenance technician, or equivalent qualification
  • Ideally, solid knowledge and experience in maintenance and installation of electrical systems and equipment, but also open to entrylevel professionals
  • Knowledge in building automation or measurement, control, and regulation technology
  • Serviceoriented, responsible, and independent work style
  • Minimum German language proficiency level B2 required
