Are you up for a challenge? We have taken over a number of CBRFs that require some additional help to get back in shape.

This is a full-time contract role for 3 months as an RN at a portfolio of CBRFs serving the elderly near the Milwaukee area.

While we retrain staff, we need an extra pair of hands. There may be opportunity for a permanent position after the buildings are operating smoothly.

In addition to the below, your job will consist of auditing charts, med passes, ISPs, and training staff.

Your duties will include:

Conduct Nurse Delegation Training
Proactive in scheduling employee training for nurse delegation
Complete Psychotropic Review Quarterly
Complete PRN Psychotropic Review Monthly
Provide ongoing monitoring of Resident Change of Condition through noting changes during monthly nursing assessments (if not completed by physician); puts notes in ECP regarding changes.
Conduct TB Tests with assessment for Communicable Diseases
Complete risk assessments as needed.
Communicate concerns to the House Manager or Administrator immediately.
Call 911 if resident is in distress.
Follow emergency procedures if an emergency occurs.
Follow all guidelines according to DHS 83 and report any compliance concerns to the house manager or administrator immediately.
Report any team member performance concerns to the house manager or administrator immediately.
Report caregiver misconduct concerns including abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the house manager or administrator immediately.
