Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels
  • Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are organized
  • Assist with budgeting and financial tasks using QuickBooks
  • Supervise office clerical staff and provide guidance as needed
  • Oversee human resources functions such as employee onboarding and recordkeeping
  • Ensure smooth operation of office equipment, including phone systems
  • Uphold office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency
  • Coordinate office events and meetings

Experience:


  • Proven experience in office management or a related role
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in team management and leadership roles
  • Familiarity with basic human resources practices
  • Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and customer service principles

Pay:
$ $26.60 per hour


Experience:

Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Brooklyn, NY preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Brooklyn, NY 11233: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
