Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure documents are organized
- Assist with budgeting and financial tasks using QuickBooks
- Supervise office clerical staff and provide guidance as needed
- Oversee human resources functions such as employee onboarding and recordkeeping
- Ensure smooth operation of office equipment, including phone systems
- Uphold office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency
- Coordinate office events and meetings
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management or a related role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in team management and leadership roles
- Familiarity with basic human resources practices
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and customer service principles
Pay:
$ $26.60 per hour
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
