    Located downtown Madison, DLUX offers awesome smash burgers.

    All-beef patties smashed thin on a hot griddle for a caramelized crust, layered with cheese and whatever wild toppings we can get our hands on.

    Naturally, we back up our burgers with fries and milkshakes, and a full bar of beer and craft cocktails.

    Great wings and curds, vegetarian options, too, and every month we invent a new Burger and Shake of the Month.

    Position:
    The Bartender position is responsible for preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for the bar and patrons. This position is expected to assess the bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations.


    Job Requirements:
    A thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktails is required.
    Ability to utilize restaurant POS software
    Great attitude and positive outlook
    Strong customer service
    Ability to stand for a long time and move quickly
    Excellent oral communication skills required
    Relevant training or certificate
    High School diploma/GED
