Craftsman Table & Tap welcomes the neighborhood in for a hearty meal and a wide variety of craft beer and cocktails-and our award winning cheese curds. Established in 2012, we've been crafting a unique, delicious menu in Middleton for over a decade. Inspired by craftspeople, our walls are covered with antique tools of the trade, from hammers and saws to industrial hardware; an homage to those who work hard to perfect their craft. Position: Bartender

Work Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly

Compensation: With tips: $20-$25/hour

Shift Availability: 2 days per week plus weekends

About Position:

The Bartender position is responsible for preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for the bar and patrons. This position is expected to assess the bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations.

Job Requirements:

A thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktails is required.
Ability to utilize restaurant POS software
Great attitude and positive outlook
Strong customer service
Ability to stand for a long time and move quickly
Excellent oral communication skills required
Relevant training or certificate
High School diploma/GED
Bartending experience preferred but not required
