Description

• Able to be fluent in English and Spanish
• Must have a High School diploma

• Support physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
• Assist patients with exercises and therapeutic activities
• Set up equipment and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
• Provide excellent patient service and ensure patient comfort
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas
• Clerical tasks, such as recording the services provided and filing forms
• The PT/ OT aide performs other duties as required by the Administrator, Program Director and/ or immediate supervisor.

• Experience or interest in patient care and service
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and therapists
