The recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external).

This role is hybrid, at least 3 days onsite required weekly.


Responsibilities:


  • Partners with hiring manager to determine staffing needs.
  • Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
  • Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
  • Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers, as needed (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements).
  • Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all funder regulations and federal/state laws and regulations.
  • Maintains memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry.
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, or other related field of study, required
  • 2+ years' experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, required; recruiting experience with human services or related industry preferred
  • Prior experience with an ATS, required
  • Experience with ADP, preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, required
  • Must possess a high level of customer service skills
  • Must have excellent computer skills; must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Excel
  • Must adhere to the JEVS code of conduct

The base pay for this position ranges from $47,000 to $58,000 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience.

Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
