To strengthen our Human Resources team, we are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Human Resources Associate/HR Representative (m/f/d) in full-time at our location in Cologne, starting as soon as possible.


Your Mission:


As a Human Resources Associate, you will take on various administrative tasks in our HR department and serve as a point of contact for our employees in all personnel-related matters.

With empathy, dedication, and competence, you will support our employees from entry to exit in administrative and operational HR processes.

In our international and diverse work environment, your personality, structured and solution-oriented approach will contribute to successful and smooth collaboration.


Your main tasks in our HR department include:

  • Creating job advertisements, employment contracts, references, and certificates
  • Applicant management, including conducting interviews
  • Maintenance and updating of payrollrelated data
  • Independent preparation and review of monthly payroll in cooperation with external payroll service provider
  • Creating statistics, reports, and evaluations
  • Contact and cooperation with authorities and health insurance companies
