    Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.

    We are seeking 1-2 dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our team for the school year in Wilmington, DE. These full-time positions offer opportunities to make a meaningful impact on students' well-being and academic success across multiple schools.

    Position: Occupational Therapist
    Location: Wilmington, DE
    Licensure: DE Licensure (School experience preferred)
    Start/End Dates: School Year
    Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
    Needs: K-12th Grade, Multi-Schools
    Work Setting: On-site ONLY

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments to identify students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
    • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and specific needs.
    • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and participation in educational activities.
    • Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
    • Participate in team meetings, including Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, to discuss student progress and collaborate on intervention strategies.
    • Maintain confidentiality of student information in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
    • Current DE licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
    • School-based experience is preferred.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
