Monday
Friday: 3:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

Copeland Toyota is looking for a motivated and articulate individual to join our team as a Part-Time Cashier. This position offers an opportunity to work in a customer service-oriented role within our dealership.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner
Operate switchboard telephone system and assist callers efficiently
Provide basic information and assistance to customers with general inquiries
Perform various clerical duties as needed
Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers accurately
Make change and issue receipts to customers
Maintain cleanliness of the waiting area and replenish customer café supplies
Record and verify cash, check, and credit card transactions at the end of each shift
Stay updated on dealership products, services, and pricing changes
Handle customer complaints with integrity and refer complex issues to appropriate personnel

Qualifications:

Demonstrated superior customer service skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple phone calls simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Previous dealership or retail receptionist experience preferred
Willingness to work evening shifts and weekends as required
Must successfully pass preemployment testing including background checks, drug test, credit report, and possess a valid driver's license
Professional personal appearance and demeanor
