On Demand, 24-7, Very Busy with Continued Growth, Expedited Courier & Trucking Company is looking for Experienced, Qualified, Night & Weekend Dispatcher.
MUST have Trucking knowledge and be familiar with all areas of California.MUST have the Ability & Experience to dispatch Tractor Trailers, Bobtails & Stakebed Trucks, as well as small vehicles.
Seeking an individual who is detail oriented and has strong leadership and team building skills.
Must be able to Multi-task.
Responsible for motivating employees to perform and meet & exceed customers expectations.
Initiate and implement appropriate actions to ensure employee compliance with attendance, quality and productivity standards.
Ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Team oriented and goal oriented.
Creative problem-solving skills and quick, effective decision making.
