Job Summary:

• Manage a team of 3 to 4 employees
• Daily training & coaching to deliver on expectations
• Inventory management
• Selling fine jewelry
• In house credit approvals
• Customer service
• Appointment settings

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Discretion to extend a line of credit on same day purchases
• Scheduling appointments on inbound calls that leads to opening a charge account.
• Follow up on missed appointments.
• Meet and Exceed Sales Plan
• Merchandise display
• Cash handling
• Inventory management

on opening and closing of the store.


Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple employees in one location
• Strong followthrough and time management skills.
• Sales Experience ( 1 Year of Retail Required )
• Sales goal orientated.
• Meets commitments.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Strong negotiating skills.
• Ability to lead conversations with customers.
• Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations.
• Motivated and upbeat.
• Possess the " Yes we can attitude"
