Logistics Team Leader (m/f/d)

Department: Supply Chain Management / Logistics // Location: Ludwigsfelde // Employment model: Full-time

Your tasks

  • As a team leader (m/f/d) logistics, you lead, support and motivate a team of up to 100 industrial employees in the warehouse and are responsible for personnel planning in your area
  • You control and plan the operational processes within your warehouse area and coordinate with the department management to improve logistics processes
  • You ensure efficient and timely handling of goods, making a significant contribution to the satisfaction of our customers
  • The continuous review and analysis of KPIs completes your new area of responsibility

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial or logistics training or a degree in logistics, supply chain management
