Manage all aspects of the leasing process, from marketing and advertising
Conduct property tours, showcasing available units and amenities to prospective tenants.
Screen and qualify potential tenants, ensuring they meet rental criteria and comply with

Fair Housing regulations.

Review weekly property occupancy reports and obtain information on current marketing efforts in order to forecast occupancy trends, update and make recommendations to the Senior Property Manager and Regional Supervisor.
Develop, publish and implement marketing promotions with emphasis on corporate outreach, resident referrals and preferred employer programs.
Shop and survey competition to assess their marketing program.
Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, including vacancies, rent payments, and lease renewals.
Collaborate with property management team to develop and implement leasing strategies.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in property leasing or related field.
Strong knowledge of leasing procedures, including file management, contract preparation, and lease negotiations.
Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and ability to ensure compliance throughout the leasing process.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively interact with prospective tenants and address inquiries.
Experience in conflict management to handle tenant concerns and resolve issues in a diplomatic manner.
Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs is a plus.
Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is preferred.
