Plumbing Superintendent

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Plumbing / Mechanical Superintendent


The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing plumbing and mechanical piping crews, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing project budgets, and schedules.

QualificationsSupervisory Experience on large scale construction projectsStrict adherence to company safety policyKnowledge of both commercial plumbing and HVAC piping systemsExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExtensive experience with large new construction projects preferred
