Since 2014, we've been serving customers with high quality water, mold, smoke, fire restoration and cleanup services to ensure properties get back to their pre-loss condition.

We are looking for water/mold restoration technicians who enjoy helping customers through these difficult and stressful events. Build, lead and train your team while growing into the next level with the All Dry Team.

Job Position Description:

Water Restoration Technician assistant respond to customer emergencies 24/7.

Primary responsibilities include:

Water Techs are responsible for extraction of water and setting equipment
Water Restoration Technicians respond 24/
Work with adjusters and follow insurance program guidelines/regulations
Be approachable and professional

Qualifications:

We are a growing team and looking for other valued team players
Willingness to continually learn and strive to improve
Common math skills for estimation (perimeter, area, square feet and cubic feet)
What we do is physical, you must be able to work with your hands, lift at least 75 lbs. and be able to work on your feet for prolonged periods of time
Light construction/demolition experience preferred but not required
Demonstrates the ability to work safely and holds other team members accountable to do the same
Clear communicator, you will be interacting with customers, adjusters, and coworkers
