We are looking for:

Store Manager (m/f/d) in retail


Start date:

Immediately


Working hours/week:

30.0 hours


Location:

Göttingen Hbf.


Your responsibilities:


  • Advising national and international customers
  • Selling press products and books as well as complementary products
  • Implementation of presentation and decoration guidelines
  • Responsibility for the product range in cooperation with central purchasing departments
  • Cash register responsibility and operational cash register activities
  • Administration of goods receipts, returns, schedules, and settlements
  • Managing store employees through feedback discussions and goal setting
  • Controlling the store using reporting systems
  • Implementation of company goals

Your qualifications:


  • Interest and enjoyment in press, books, and retail
  • Sociability and an open, friendly, wellgroomed appearance with a role model character
  • Team spirit and absolute reliability
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
  • Experience in managing employees
  • Convincing work references
