Hazel Run, MN is currently seeking candidates for the position of '' in our LWL main and personnel department, specifically in the area of job placement and strategic personnel deployment.

Responsibilities:

  • Advising departments on specific job placement procedures
  • Conducting job placement procedures:
  • Coordinating and collaborating with departments
  • Reviewing applicant pool
  • Creating personnel statistics for application processes
  • Managing applicant pool

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in general administration for career group 2, first entry level (formerly higher nontechnical administrative service) such as Diplom-Verwaltungswirt: in, Bachelor of Laws at the University of Police and Administration (HSPV)
OR

  • Successfully passed advancement exam for career group 2, first entry level
OR

  • Completed course for Verwaltungsfachwirt: in (VL 2)
OR

  • Other relevant degree (e.g. individuals with completed first state examination in law, completed Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration, or completed (technical) university degree in business administration with a focus on personnel)
OR

  • Other employees with comparable knowledge and skills, as well as extensive experience in personnel recruiting.
