Job Overview:
Primary contact for safety support services to include, but not be limited to, safety council registration, coordination of pre-employment processes (drug and alcohol testing, background checks, etc.), new employee orientation, maintenance of internal and external databases, etc.
Develops processes or adapts existing processes to meet company and/or regulatory standards and customer expectations. Assists HSE Manager with company and sub-contractor compliance.
The HSE Administrator shall have strong people skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple activities and priorities while working in an office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for scheduling personnel at all area safety councils.
- Assist human resources in new employee onboarding processes scheduling for drug & alcohol testing, submitting background check requests to 3rd party providers, providing safety orientation processes, coordinating all personnel file documentation, etc.
- Assist integrity manager in processing of hydrostatic test reports compiling information for engineer review and approval, facilitating gathering all pertinent documents and filing, and submitting final package for Integrity Manager review before delivery to the customer.
- Maintain and generate weekly/monthly behavioral based safety data reports to include input of gathered field data.
- Maintain an updated copy of employee information and phone numbers.
- Manage all DOT and nonDOT drug and alcohol testing processes.
- Administer DOT Operator Qualification training/testing
- Manage all contractor compliance databases (ISNetworld, Avetta, VeriSourceOne, etc.) to include all regular updates, generation of operator qualification reports, etc.
- Manage approved subcontractor database and associated processes
Context and Environment:
This position is the primary provider for health, safety, and training support and documentation processes for all field and office activities.
Regulatory compliance and adherence to company and customer expectations will be the primary responsibility and requires confidentiality and discretion when working with employee information.
This role will work with field supervision, organizational management, customer representatives, and sub-contracted organizations to assure 100% compliance with customer and company expectations.
All activities of this role will be office based.Two years related experience in processes described above preferred, but not required.
Ability to work full time in the United States with valid Texas driver's license
Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal (bilingual (Spanish) abilities a plus).
Strong time management skills, administrative abilities and computer proficiency are required (Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).
Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour
