We are responsible for the conception and success monitoring of sales programs, as well as the analysis of dealer performance.
- Coordinate and monitor the advertising budget and action planning.
- Observe and evaluate the development of incentives and transaction prices compared to the defined competitive environment.
- Responsible for the conception and strategic alignment of motivation and loyalty programs for the dealer network.
- Regularly analyze the current sales situation and create weekly forecasts for Hyundai Motor Europe.
- Create analyses and reports on strategic market and competition trends and derive recommendations for action.
- Create monthly, quarterly, and annual plans for sales promotion programs.
