Overview:
We seek a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Specialist. As a Customer Specialist, you will provide exceptional service to our customers and ensure their needs are met. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and promotions
Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
Analyze customer feedback and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and problemsolving skills

Skills:

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations

Pay:
$34, $34,625.00 per year
