Human Resources and Recruitment Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team at our headquarters in
Berlin (Neukölln), starting
immediately.


Our Headquarters:
Our headquarters are located near the Sonnenallee S-Bahn station and the Neukölln shipping canal. Our bright and modern offices are spread over two floors in the "Sonnenhof" building. Our large sun terrace offers the opportunity to work and take breaks outdoors in good weather.

Our goal is to support our facilities and projects in their daily work and provide them with space for pedagogical work.


We need you - a meaningful job in the social sector:

  • First point of contact for interested parties and applicants
  • Bringing in new and creative ideas and contributing to effective processes
  • Creating and publishing recruitment campaigns (personnel marketing measures)
  • Participation in and organization of job fairs and recruitment events
  • Independent research for developing strategies for personnel recruitment
  • Advising our managers on recruiting, marketing, and applicant management

Our expectations:

  • Degree in business administration, human resources management, business psychology, or similar, or a commercial apprenticeship or further qualification as a certified personnel clerk or similar
